Staurolite, also called 'Fairy Cross' is a balanced grounding stone and strong deflector of negative energies. It's a protective stone, helping one to feel safe and secure. Personally it gives one strength to give up self-destructive habits and helps to stabilize emotions during fearful times. The stone is used to illuminate the conscious connection with animals.
It's strength can be increased by pairing it with ruby, blue kyanite, green kyanite, green apophyllite, or red garnet.
